Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

Digital content to download: fuse bead and cross-stitch patterns as PDF files, in packs, delivered as a ZIP file. Each pack page describes what it contains.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card, through Payhip. The order is binding once the payment is accepted.

5. Delivery

The files are supplied immediately after payment, through a download link sent by e-mail. The link allows up to 5 downloads; we send a new one on request.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, you can ask for the supply to begin straight away. By ticking the box before paying, you give your express consent for the content to be supplied before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended and you acknowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 and L221-28, 13°, of the French Consumer Code). We confirm this consent to you by e-mail with your receipt.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for non-conformities that exist at delivery and appear within two years. If a file is unreadable or incomplete, write to us and we will fix it.

8. Licence

The PDFs are for your personal use. Sharing, reselling or putting the files online, and claiming the designs as your own, are forbidden. You may give away the pieces you make.

10. Law

French law applies. In case of dispute, you can use a consumer mediator or the courts of your place of residence.
