Questions
Which beads can I use?
Hama Midi, Perler and Artkal S beads (all 5 mm). The bead list gives, for each colour, the closest shade we found on each brand's official colour chart (Hama, Perler, Artkal) and a DMC thread for cross-stitch. These are close matches, not official equivalents: colours are indicative, compare them with your own beads. Some Perler codes (P01, P02…) are derived from the official item number (80-19001…) and marked with *; the other Perler colours are given by item number.
How big are the designs?
All designs fit one large square pegboard (29 × 29). They are 12 to 16 beads wide, about 6 to 8 cm with 5 mm beads.
How long does one take?
Most take 5 to 15 minutes to place, plus ironing. Our estimate counts about 10 beads a minute; children are often slower, experienced makers faster.
How do I receive my pack?
Right after payment, Payhip sends a download link to your e-mail address. It is a ZIP file with the PDFs in A4 and US Letter. The link allows up to 5 downloads; if you lose it, write to us.
How do I print?
Print at 100 % (actual size), not "fit to page". Any home printer works; colour is nice but the black & white symbol chart is there if you print in grey.
Can I sell what I make?
The PDFs are for personal use: do not share or resell the files. You may give away or show the pieces you make.
Who draws the patterns?
Designed with the help of an AI assistant, drawn pixel by pixel by our own code. No image generator and no copied artwork: every grid is written by hand in our code, and every design is checked by a human before it goes on sale.
Where do the colour codes come from?
From the brands' official colour charts and product lists (checked on 29 October 2026). The DMC matches use public colour data. Color data: craft-color-codes by MakeBead (https://makebead.com), CC BY 4.0. Hama, Perler, Artkal and DMC are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with them.
