1. Who is responsible

Jessy EULLIOT, sole trader, trading as Synaptron (see the legal notice). Questions: solareulliot+beads@gmail.com.

2. What the site does not do

No cookies, no trackers, no advertising, no audience measurement. Downloading the free pattern needs no account and no e-mail address.

3. Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare sees the IP address of your connection in its technical logs, to run the service and protect it. We do nothing else with it.

4. Purchases

Payments go through Payhip (and Stripe for cards). Payhip collects your e-mail address and payment data under its own policy; we receive your e-mail address, your country and the details of the order, to deliver your files. We keep order data for 10 years for accounting. No newsletter without your consent.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection: write to us and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
